What is Time-of-Day?

On Time-of-Day (TOD) rates, when you use electricity is just as important as the amount of electricity you use. You pay different rates for electricity based on the time of day you use it. For example, rates are highest during weekdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., especially during the summer. Plus, TOD rates give you more control over your bill since you have the ability to shift your electricity use to times when it costs less.

Note: This rate is only open to enrollment for solar or electric vehicle customers. This rate closes to new enrollments Dec 31, 2017.
