Transformer box wrap application

Do I qualify? 
Before applying, please make sure you meet and agree to the following conditions: 

• The transformer box is NOT located on residential property. Applications for boxes located on residential property are NOT eligible.
• You will be responsible for all costs including production of the wrap, payment to the installer, maintenance of the wrap and obtaining the rights to any artwork not offered in the SMUD Design Gallery.
• You will abide by the signed SMUD Transformer Box Wrap Program Agreement, including timely removal/repair of the wrap due to graffiti or vandalism.
