How do I log in to get my personalized account information?
Use your My Account login and password if you already have one. If you don't have a My Account login, you can register for one via the app or online.
Do I have to log in?
No, there are features you can access without logging in, including guest pay and review and report outages.
What customers/accounts are eligible?
Residential customers can access their residential accounts with the SMUD app.
What customers/accounts are ineligible?
- commercial customers
- commercial accounts held by residential customers
- residential account holders with guest access
