How it works
During the summer season, from June 1 - Sept. 30, we'll schedule Peak Events when it looks like energy demand is going to spike.
- Your smart thermostat automatically adjusts a few degrees.
- We’ll pre-cool your home to help keep you comfortable.
- We’ll notify you one day in advance of each event.
- Events won't last more than 4 hours.
- You can opt out of any Peak Event.

- An eligible Wi-Fi-enabled smart thermostat
- Sensi
- Nest
- ecobee
- Honeywell Home
- A home Wi-Fi network that stays on
- Central air conditioning or an electric heat pump
