We process service requests Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

  • You can submit a request to stop service up to 30 days in advance.

Please have the following information on hand before you proceed:

Account icon  Social Security Number
Profile card icon  Government-issued ID

Start new business service

What type of business do you own? Choose "other" if your business has a tax ID.

Stop or transfer service

Existing customers can sign in or register with My Account to stop, transfer or add additional service.
