SMUD Hosts Back-to-School Launch Party at Aerospace Museum of California
Sacramento-area teachers, homeschool educators and other instructors will ring in the start of the new school year in style at a launch party today hosted by SMUD, the Sacramento County Office of Education and the Aerospace Museum of California.
Teachers will participate in workshops and speaking sessions and receive curriculum ideas and take-away activities for their students related to STEM careers in aviation, space, technology and energy. They will also enjoy networking opportunities, refreshments, food, music, raffles and a year-long membership to the museum.
