Unclaimed Checks

Notice is hereby given under Government Code Section 50050-50056 that unclaimed checks prior to October 1, 2006 to the persons and or entities on the attached list will become the property of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District on Dec. 28, 2009. 

Any claim against these monies should be filed on or before Dec. 28, 2009, with the Sacramento Municipal Utility District Unclaimed Monies, 6201 S  Street, Mail Stop B302, Sacramento, CA  95817-1899 or by calling (916)-732-5556.  The claimant must be listed on the attached list or the claim is not valid. The claimant should provide the following information: 

Claimant’s name, address, telephone number, and the claimant's address for the time period October 1, 2005 to October 1, 2006.
