SMUD Releases Draft Rate Resolution
After a public hearing, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District Board of Directors has released its draft rate resolution for a 10-day public comment and review.
The draft rate resolution comes after SMUD released its General Manager’s Report and Recommendation on Rates and Services on March 31, 2009 and an addendum on May 13, 2009 in addition to public meetings with SMUD customers.
SMUD’s Board of Directors will vote on the resolution at a special Board meeting on June 16, 2009, at 6:00 p.m.
