Multi-Tenant Solar (formerly Virtual Solar) brings solar energy to customers living in multifamily properties with as few as 4 units.

Nws ua haujlwm li cas

Qualified property owners install solar panels on their buildings and share the benefits with their tenants. Once installation is complete and we approve it, tenants and common areas start seeing savings right away.

If you’re a customer or tenant in a Multi-Tenant Solar building, you don’t need to sign up. Solar benefits start automatically when you begin service with us. You’ll see a “Solar credits” line item on your bill.

  •  We calculate monthly credits by multiplying the system size (KW) by the allocated percentage, then by the applicable credit.
