Low-income assistance

The Energy Assistance Program Rate (EAPR) offers our eligible low-income customers a discount on their monthly energy costs.

Qualified customers that participate in EAPR will have discounts of 48% on all electricity usage, with a maximum discount cap of $42 per month. The maximum discount includes a $11.50 discount on the $20 monthly system infrastructure fixed charge.

For customers with wells, the cap is increased to $54 per month.
