The Energy Assistance Program Rate (EAPR) offers our eligible low-income customers a discount of about 30 percent on monthly energy costs.
Qualified customers that participate in EAPR will have discounts of 38% on all electricity usage, with a maximum discount cap of $52 per month. The maximum discount includes the reduction to the system infrastructure fixed charge.
For customers with wells, the cap is increased to $64 per month.
