Low-income assistance (EAPR)

The Energy Assistance Program Rate (EAPR) offers eligible low-income customers a discount of more than 30 percent on their entire electric bill every month. The average savings for customers under EAPR is more than $280 a year.
Qualified customers that participate in EAPR will have discounts of:
- 35 percent on Tier 1 usage
- 30 percent on Tier 2 usage
- 50 percent on Monthly Service Charge
