Onsite energy audits

A SMUD Energy Specialist will visit your facility to look for energy saving opportunities in your facilities and processes.

SMUD will study your:

• building envelope
• lighting
• HVAC
• refrigeration
• process equipment
• and motors

Written energy analysis

SMUD will evaluate your facilities' energy usage applying engineering and economic analysis. You'll receive a written report from SMUD recommending energy efficiency improvements along with the projected dollar savings and estimated payback periods. The recommended improvements may qualify for SMUD rebates and financing.
